Ingredients
- ¼ cup (50 g) dry chickpeas
- ¼ tsp (2.5 ml) cumin
- ½ tsp (2.5 ml) chili powder
- ¼ tsp (1 ml) garlic powder
- 1 tsp (5 ml) olive oil
- Salt (optional)
Directions
- In a bowl, soak the chickpeas in water overnight.
- Set the rack in the middle position. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Drain and blot the chickpeas. Transfer them into a bowl. Add the spices and oil. Season with salt. Toss until well combined. Spread the chickpeas onto a baking sheet. Bake for 1 hour or until golden brown.
